Program Narrative:


1. create a database named yourfirstname+icon number+cs67 [eon1cs67 / eon2010cs67]

2. create two (2) table with the following structure:

2.1 table name studentDB
2.1.1 deptID tinyint 3 not null auto increment Primary Key
2.1.2 depDesc varchar 30 not null unique

2.2 table name stdprofile
2.2.1 stdID tinyint 10 not null auto increment PK
2.2.2 deptID tinyint 3 not null key
2.2.3 fname varchar 20 not null
2.2.4 lname varchar 40 not null key
2.2.5 email varchar 60 not null unique key




3. insert the following records to table studentDB
1, 'College of Business and Accountancy'
2, 'College of Computer Studies'
3, 'College of Education'

4. insert the following records to table stdprofile
1, 3, 'Rongie', 'Macadangdang', 'email6@gmail.com'
2, 2, 'Kyle', 'Corpuz', 'email7@gmail.com'
3, 2, 'Kevin', 'Abraham', 'email8@gmail.com'
4, 1, 'Michael', 'Jordan', 'email9@gmail.com'
5, 2, 'Steve', 'Jobs', 'email10@gmail.com'

5. create a PHP Page with form that will search for a particular department using a dropdown list
(refer to the included screenshot)
5.1 display records based on selected department.

6. on top of the page, display the Header (please refer to previous Case Studies)
7. display case study number, followed by your name + icon number (if not an icon name+year)
