Program Narrative:

case study number 06 - cookie

    1. set cookie name icookie
    2. set the expiration to two (2) minutes

  

    when your PHP Page loads check for the cookie
        a. if cookie not set, set it to 0 and display "Welcome to my Page"           
        b. if cookie is set, increment it by one (1)
        c. display the Header (please refer to previous Case Studies)
        e. display case study number, followed by your name + icon number (if not an icon name+year)
