Create a basic login script using PHP and MySQL

Requirements:

deadline: February 08, 2011 / 9:00 A.M.

one (1) Database – dbAccess
one (1) Table – tblRecords with three (3) fields
    level / int / 2
    uname / varchar / 15
    passcode / varchar / 20
at-least three (3) PHP scripts (login.php, checklogin.php, logout.php)

Procedure:

User opens login.php, login.php ask for username and password
    if accepted value for username and password matches with uname and passcode
        display “Good Day User!”
        dsiplay logout.php link
    else
        display “Sorry you are not authorized to view this site!”
        display login.php link again
